COVID-19 – Some changes

As a result of the current upward trend of infections. We have suspended on-site visits to our clients. For those who require non physical assistance, we ask that you utilise our remote connection software “AeroAdmin” available from our support section.

This software can be utilised by any of your staff who will then work from home in order to gain our support. Any bookings for onsite appointments will be screened subject to approval and where possiblel the appointment will be switched to a remote connect and VOIP conversation.
