Data Recovery

Accidental deletion of files, as well as corruption or damage to storage devices is an experience for many which can leave them without important family photos and videos or harm business operations through the loss of access to vital data and files.

At Falcon Media we are able to take in your affected devices for a physical and logical inspection to salvage lost data.

If we are successful at recovering your lost data then we will only charge our base rate of £75 per storage device, however in some situations, storage devices are found to have substantial damage which our systems are unable to repair.

In the event of substantial device failure, at your request, we can send your device(s) for further analysis at one of our partner’s facilities. Following this we will then be able to identify the files available for recovery and only charge for those that you wish to recover.

No recovery, no additional fees.
