Estimates & Payment Terms
Estimated costs are payable in advance unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing before work begins.
We will confirm the scope and estimated cost of work before proceeding. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved separately.
Annual Rate Review
Our hourly rates are reviewed annually to reflect inflation, changes in operating costs and market conditions. Any revised rates will be communicated in advance and will not override existing contractual arrangements unless agreed.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate. Fixed-price projects, hardware, software licences, travel and third-party installation services may be quoted separately where applicable. Existing contractual rates and agreed terms take precedence.
